Carrollton, TX— December 14, 2020 — Local jewelry company, Bead Crazy Shannon, delivered 150 jewelry gift boxes to Grace Lutheran Church of Carrollton, TX that were donated to Metrocrest Services on Monday, December 14. 

“I am thankful for the generous hearts of all of the donors who contributed to the Jewelry Gift Box Drive. Donors came from all over Texas and Florida.” said Shannon Osborne, Owner of Bead Crazy Shannon. “The boxes were filled with bracelets, earrings and necklaces for kids of all ages.”

Positive Community Impact

Metrocrest Services put out a newsletter asking for community members to organize a toy, food or coat drive for families for the holidays. “There are many families, right here in the Metrocrest area, who simply are not able to put food on the table or provide a single gift for their children.” said Metrocrest Services. To fulfill this need, Bead Crazy Shannon reached out to clients and friends to see if they could help put smiles on kid’s faces with the gift of jewelry. The response was well received.
